We believe that each piece of jewelry should be as unique as the person wearing it. That’s why, at Lauer, all our pieces are carefully handcrafted, made-to-order, with endless customization possibilities — from different gemstones and metals to a variety of enamel colors. By not keeping inventory, we create each piece exclusively for you, ensuring it reflects your individuality.
Production time averages 14 business days, depending on the complexity of the piece. When entering your ZIP code at checkout, you will see an estimated maximum delivery time. If you need your jewelry for a special date, please contact us — we will do our best to accommodate your request.
DELIVERY POLICY
All purchases made through our website are currently delivered only to Brazil and the United States, via USPS and FedEx. If you are located in another country, please contact us with your full address, and we will calculate the shipping cost and send you a payment link..
Within Brazil: Please allow 3–7 business days for delivery.
Orders to USA: Delivery may take 5–23 days, depending on the destination postcode and carrier/delivery method.
Important:
Import duties and taxes may apply to international shipments outside of Brazil. Once your order arrives in the destination country, you will be responsible for any customs fees and taxes required to release the parcel.
EXCHANGES AND
RETURNS
Exchanges: Up to 30 business days after receipt.
Returns: Up to 7 business days.
Please contact us in advance via email or WhatsApp, providing your name, CPF (tax ID), address, purchase date, and reason for the request. Once approved, you will receive instructions for returning the unused, undamaged item with its original packaging, invoice, and warranty.
Customized items cannot be exchanged or returned. Promotional items will be refunded at the purchase price.

WARRANTY
Our pieces come with a 90-day warranty from the date of receipt, covering manufacturing defects. If the product cannot be repaired, a refund will be issued, or it will be replaced with another item of equal value or a proportional discount will be applied.
